I've loved breakfast at Salt's cure. Tell me about dinner items...

I've been to Salt's Cure twice for breakfast on the weekends. The 2 by 2 by 2 and the oatmeal pancakes have been fantastic. Whatever they do to prepare their bacon and sausage is awesome. I had a breakfast smoked steak and some of their breakfast pastry things as well. Can anyone share insights on dinner items? Their menu changes a lot, but I'd love to hear about stuff you've tried so i can figure out what to prioritize. Thanks.

love this place. one of the owners gave me the best line. a friend asked if they make all of their sausages in house. the guy said "don't ever trust any restaurant that doesn't make their sausages in house".

I agree that it's hard to go wrong. Also, don't hesitate to ask for recommendations on the spot; there's almost always something new and/or very special. All of that being said, I had a pork loin chop at SC that may have been the best thing I've ever eaten in my life.

Most things are excellent. They butcher alot of their meat, so you get some really interesting cuts of pork and lamb. I think they have a deft hand with veggies as well. Hard to go wrong, really.

NY strip and the salmon were good. Corn chowder not bad either.
