Grilled salmon wrapped in radish leaves?
We plan on grilling salmon tonite for dinner along with some asparagus and potatoes and serving it all with miso mayo. I've got some left over radish leaves from lunch's banh mi. Do you think I can wrap the salmon in the leaves, or are they too delicate?

I would expect the radish leaves to be too delicate to handle the responsibility of providing a wrapper for grilled salmon. However, preparing something akin to Welsh rarebit and including the chopped radish leaves in the rarebit might work out quite nicely. Serve it on some nice toasted bread slices along side the grilled salmon or, if you're adventurous, break up the salmon in the rarebit and serve it on toasted bread next to a nice hot bowl of tomato soup.
Too hot for soup? How about a gazpacho?›1 Reply
