Reception venue 25ish people

Hi, I am thinking about getting married in NYC, I am from Scotland so we will only have about 25-30 people. Could anyone suggest a place for the reception, I would like an outdoor space as well if possible. Been looking at Astra. Also, was thinking about July...do you think it'll be too hot and humid then? Thanks for any info!
