this recipe calls for tamarind paste, but I have the concentrate in the blue jar. I have been researching this.. some people say paste and concentrate are the same thing. others say to use less concentrate than what the paste calls for. I was hoping someone had actually tried this recipe with the concentrate and could tell me the proper amounts to use. thanks!
