Here's a start:
I've always really liked Pho Basil for Thai/Southeast Asian on Mass Ave.
Bostone Pizza on Newbury (go with the sicilian pizza, or steak & cheese sub). Avoid Upper Crust - totally inconsistent on quality.
Blackjack Pasta also has some decent "italian" delivery, although there can be pretty long waits.
For sushi I'd go with Kayuga near BU, or depending on where in the Back Bay you live, Genki Ya in Brookline may make the trek. Both decent for delivery. Avoid Fin's - I've never found their sushi to be any good.
