Smoked fish guy

There used to be a smoked fish guy at the Farmer's Market in Copley, then he moved to the Hingham Market. His smoked blue was the best I have ever tasted. He has not shown up yet this year. Has anyone seen him around or know what happened to him? The company name was Nantucket something.

Last summer, he use to also sell to Formaggio in the South End. A few weeks ago I went in to inquire if he was still around because he use to be at SOWA as well. Unfortunately, according to Formaggio, he went out of business. I looked up the web site, and it's gone. It was the best. Nantucket Wild Gourmet and Smokehouse was the name.

Yeah his stuff was great, got it at Hingham Farmers Market a couple of times. What a shame!
