Excellent burger at Pigalle: barleywino was right!

I’ve been meaning to check out this burger since barleywino has mentioned it a few times. So last night he and I went to Pigalle and hot damn if it wasn’t just as amazing as he said. Super juicy and great flavor. My mouth is watering just thinking about it. PLUS Michael the bartender is a hidden gem, at least to me; his cocktails are fantastic and perfectly balanced, and he’s friendly and engaging. They started us off with complimentary meze tastes of salmon tartare, hummus/tzatsiki/tabbouleh and corn soup. Next time I’d take Michael’s advice and order the entire meze app, the samples were that delicious. I was so impressed with this experience. Yay barleywino!

aw shucks, I can't take any credit for this...but I agree, it's a great burger (and the corn soup shooter and complimentary bar bacon were great starters too)
