Zoe's coleslaw with feta - need recipe
Years ago I spent time in Birmingham, AL and often would have lunch at Zoe's Kitchen, a sandwich shop with a Greek twist. Zoe's is a regional chain restaurant. They had delicious side salads (slaw, pasta and potato) all made without mayo. I fell in love with the slaw with feta and still think about it.
I tried to get the recipe for the slaw, but was told they do not share their recipes. Does anyone have a recipe for a feta coleslaw? I have a barbeque in a few weeks and would like to make this.

Here is the feta slaw recipe I always use. There's also one floating out there with grapes and blue cheese. It's delicious.
