What are your favorite diners, holes in the wall, locavore joints, authentic/non-fussy/delicious chow finds in and around New Milford/Litchfield/Danbury?

There's a little Latin American deli/market at the corner of Bridge Street and Middle Street. It isn't much to look at, a couple of tables, some shelves with various groceries. They sell lottery tickets and cigarettes and phone cards. But in the back they cook up some mighty tasty food: slow cooked pork and chicken dishes, beans, rice, plantain, all kinds of yumminess. The people are nice. The food is very reasonably priced. I don't even know what country they are from, but this stuff will make your tummy happy.

Not sure how it counts as locavore except that, when food this good is right in front of you, you are lucky as heck, so eat up and enjoy.
