Normandy

I will be visiting the Normandy coast (by the landings, i.e., Deauville, Hanfleur, etc) the weekend of June 15-17, and would welcome suggestions for an exceptional regional restaurant. I recently discovered ChowHound and am impressed with the body of gastronomic knowledge. Thank you in advance.
