Healthy cooking classes in Hartford area?

Our town usually offers a few continuing ed cooking classes but none for healthy cooking. Does anyone know where I might be able to take a series of classes on healthy cooking? Thanks!

Check out the class schedule at Sur La Table in Canton, Williams Sonoma might have them as well. Perhaps Whole Foods?

Have you heard of Terry Walters? I don't know her personally, but used to work with her husband. I do know she has written cookbooks and offers cooking classes. Believe she sometimes does events with Whole Foods, too. Here is an upcoming class I found in Avon. Looks like you can e-mail her for more info.
