That's a tough one. You might try these guys:

Well, they do say if they don't have it they'll get it for you.

Plus, there used to be a pick-you-own peach plantation south of town, around Rosharon I think. Can't remember the name and don't know if they're still around. Also, some people in my neighborhood have ornamental peach trees ..... I wonder if that would work or if you could talk them out of some.

If you are still looking, I bought a bag of good quality peach wood from Hebert's on Richmond 2 years ago. I haven't been back recently since I now smoke with cherry, apple, pecan woods which are easier to find closer to me. I do remember liking the flavor though.

I can confirm that the Hebert's on Dairy Ashford across from Tully Stadium has it. However, they have one less bag now than they did when they opened this morning. $10.50/bag. They also have mesquite, pecan and hickory.

Thanks for the tip jroy and the suggestion cali.

Pork shoulder and a pastrami tomorrow.

Cool!. I might go and try to get some. Its great stuff to bbq with, and I remember the quality of the wood itself being quite good.
