cooking class in southern nh?

looking for a cooking class to take maybe a night or two this summer? had gone to a place a while back in Nasua but i think it went out of business. Something fun for the average home cook. thx!

      They used to have them at the Colosseum restaurant in Salem, NH. Don't know if they still do. Italian kitchen basics.

        I've done a few classes at Chez Boucher (http://www.chezboucher.com/) which is in Hampton. I have only done Saturday classes (they usually run 10-2), but I think they may have evening also. The classes are fun and the food is great!
