Oh, I read in the latest East Side Monthly, I think, that an olive oil and balsamic vinegar store will be coming to the Hope/Rochambeau area?? Really? Does anyone know where? I love the concept and will shop it myself but wonder if it'll fly on the East Side.

McCurdy's Junction House (corner of Wickenden and Ives) closed last week. Not sure yet if anything new will be moving into that spot, the rent is extremely high.

It's hardly the world's best location. Why is the rent so high? Too bad about the Junction House. It got good reviews here.

Anyone know about the Sausage/Sandwich window that's supposed to open at Chez Pascal?? I'm dying for it!!! I can never get to the truck and am really excited to do down the street and get one of their sandwiches!
