Spinach cheese recipe (main dish)

I used to have a recipe for a "Spinach Cheese Slice" which was delicious but I lost it. I found a recipe online for a spinach cheese square often used as an appetizer but it is not as good. The one I had was less "solid" and had more of a cheesy liquidy texture to it. (Okay sounds weird but I mean it wasn't someone that cut into clean squares.) Any ideas? Thanks.

  1. Do you know or can you describe what kind of cheese it was?

    Not a quiche? Not a hot dip? Did it have a top crust?

      No crust. It was more casserole-like made with cheddar cheese, eggs, chopped spinach.

    2. Ingredients:
      1 large bunch fresh spinach, chopped
      1 cup milk
      1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
      1 cup small curb\d cottage cheese
      1 cup grated cheddar cheese
      4 eggs

      Cook the spinach until just wilted. Drain thoroughly; get as much water out as possible.
      Blend with remaining ingredients. Press into shallow baking pan and bake 300 degrees about 40 minutes.
