Rome in August

I realize that it is too early to determine exact holiday closings.
I have listed some places that I think are open for at least part of August.
What I am wondering is if there is anyone that lives in Rome that knows if any of these are open or closed for certain during the Ferragosto period, as I am in Rome August 14th for 4 days.
Ristorante Tre Archi Da Loreto Di Loreto Rubei
Enoteca Il Bacocco
Le Mani in Pasta
Cul de Sac
La Taverna degli Amici
Flavio al Velavevodetto
La Taverna dei Fori Imperiale
Ristorante Spirito di Vino
Just bumping thos back up in the hopes that since it is now July, maybe someone knows the answer. Of course, any other places that are open during this period would be great to know.
Especially trying to find something near the Colosseum for lunch and Pantheon for dinner on Ferragosto (Wednesday the 15th).
I had thought Grano was closed August 15, but their new website, www.ristorantegrano.it, claims to be open every day. They are very near the Pantheon and usually answer e-mail.
The Colosseum is more difficult since there isn't much that's good even in normal times, much less mid-August. Le Naumachie, where I never go, might well be open, likewise Taverna dei Quaranta, where I haven't been for ages, but which I would consider acceptable for sustenance in the circumstances. The place is pleasant.
Yes elasticwaistband, it is too early to be sure about many restaurants openings. We don't love advance planning in Rome!
