Bay AState Bakery-Excellent Middle Eastern Food
Although the name is Bay State Bakery they have always had a countrer with Shawarmer and such as well as excellent bread and seasoned flatbreads(manaeish). We stopped today and got a kufta plate and a vegetarian plate(grape leaves and felafel). Each plate served with salad, hummus, bread, pickles, garlic sauce and the main dish. The kufta was delicious as were the grape leaves. The felafel could have been more seasoned. Salads were fresh chopped cucumber, tomato, onion and lettuce with a light vinaigrette.Hummus was great, garlic sauce addictive.2 plates, one large Arizona iced tea under $18.00
They also have lots of ME groceries as well as their own and imported bread and pastries
