We want to celebrate a happy milestone, a college graduation. There will be approximately 14 people in our party. Dining in June but where?

Pizzaiolo will do large groups with enough notice. However, the "set" menu is family style - salad, pasta course and all you can eat pizza. You can add other selections off the menu at additional cost though.

I've done large groups at Camino too which would be the upper end or maybe just above your range. Limited menu as well.
Gather in Berkeley will do large groups as well but haven't tried them for a big group.

Any particular area in the East Bay? The EB covers a lot of territory, Crockett to Fremont to Walnut Creek, etc.

We recently did a grad dinner at Beetlenut in SF and it was a lot of fun. A Chinois type menu, albeit as step below, but still very good and quite reasonable.

The back room at A Cote is nice for a group that size.
