G.E.B. menu is online

  • 6

I have one more dinner rezzie to make for my upcoming trip to Chicago and have been following Graham Elliott on twitter. He's very nice and always responds to inquiries and comments. So, I'm thinking of adding one of his restaurants to my Chicago list.

The menu from his eponymous restaurant doesn't appeal to me as I have simpler tastes. But not so simple that I just want to grab a sandwich at his sandwich shop. I am intrigued by his menu for G.E.B. which I don't believe has opened yet, but should any day now.

For those who have eaten at his restaurants, what do you think? And what do you think of the G.E.B. menu?

  1. G.E.B. opened last night. Since no reservations are needed and it's open seven days a week, and also offers lunch and brunch in addition to dinner, it's on my list for my upcoming trip to Chicago. The decor is pretty eclectic and unique. The dishes sound straightforward and interesting.

    1. Anyone been to GEB yet, or are you gonna let this New Englander be the first to post about it when I dine there next week?

Planning on going first week of July. If you haven't been by then, I'll report back. If you go first, let me know what you think?
