From Boat to Fork: Lunch Today at El Senor Frog, Manahawkin, NJ
We were lucky at lunch today at El Senor Frog, Chef Luna had just gotten some Yellow Fin Tuna from one of the local boats. Since our standing order is "What ever you make us"; we were so happily surprised to see this! Mine was served with a mushroom butter sauce, because he knows that I do love mushrooms. Mom's was a simple seared prep. Neither of us could finish our portions, so we netted them up to take home.
Luna will be using as much locally sourced products as they become available, and I can wait to see what else will arrive for the summer.
