Meat Glaze/Glace de Viande

I'm looking at a Dione Lucas onion soup recipe that calls for a small amount of meat glaze or glace de viande.

Who in Berkeley would sell this? Berkeley Bowl? The Pasta Shop? I've never looked for it before.

  1. I've seen it at both Pasta Shop locations in their freezers.

    1. Try Monterey Market if all else fails and this is close enough.

      1. La Bedaine had glace but I think maybe he stopped. Great stuff and too cheap.

        I think I've seen it at The Local Butcher Shop.
