The Tilted Kilt Pub and Eatery in Milford CT

I just drove by the old Bennigans on Old Gate Ln in Milford, it recently was Old Gate Ln Steakhouse and a couple of Italian resturants befor that, and thought I saw a sign saying The Tilted Kilt was coming soon. Does anybody know anything about this. The Tilted Kilt is basically a Scottish themed Hooters.

I go by there daily, and although it did look like they might be opening one, I think things may have changed. The Coming Soon signs are torn, and there are other small signs that I can't read as I drive by. Nothing has done well there since the Bennigans of 20 years ago.

Unlike Hooters, the food is actually edible.

I know nothing about this but, it's location, very close to some few trucks stops, etc. may make it popular.
