Quick cooking corn on the cob

You may have seen this but it really works! I cook my corn about 3 min per ear. It's not the most optimal way to cook corn on the cob, but it's great for a quick fix!

      So, for those that don't want to go to Youtube... 2 ears of corn, still unshucked, about 8 minutes in the microwave, then cut the stem end off, grab the top part (silk and all) and shake and the cob comes out, no silk.
      (I've seen this posted on here before)

          Vallarta Mercado has 5 ears for a buck this week.
          had some last night but didn't cook it this way, saw it too late [just now].

              The tastiest way to eat corn, in my opinion, is RAW. What's quicker than raw foods? No mess, no fuss; just shuck and eat :-) Plus, raw corn tends to digest easier.

                I think it's best raw or just cooked about 1-2 minutes, max. Especially if just picked that morning.

                Grocery store corn is another story :)
