Has anyone ever seen a recipe for Bacon Wrapped Dates stuffed with roasted garlic? I made it this week, so I'm wondering if adding roasted garlic was an original innovation or if someone has published that before?

Yes, this. Stuffed with blue cheese (preferably Cabrales) and wrapped with bacon. Great little tapa.

I haven't seen bacon wrapped dates stuffed with cream cheese and roasted garlic but I have seen bacon wrapped jalapeno peppers stuffed with cream cheese and roasted garlic. I'd like to try your dates and those... ABT's.

Some Jalapeno poppers just have cheese of some sort then they are battered and fried. Your roasted garlic would work well there, too.
