"Rogers Best Brown" brown sugar

My wife and I just moved to Toronto from Vancouver. Our go-to brown sugar, Rogers Best Brown, is proving to be difficult to find here, which is a shame because it makes cookies and brownies so much more delicious. Does anyone know whereabouts we might be able to find someplace that sells it? We've found a couple places that sell others Rogers sugars (like Demerra or Golden Yellow), but no Best Brown.

I contacted Lantic 3 weeks ago and they finally got back to me. (Why companies don't have a quality of service level that is less than 24 hours to reply to emails I don't know. It should not take 3 weeks for a company to reply to a consumer who is trying to give their company money for their products. Anyway...).

They told me that Lantic Inc. markets their sugar under two brand names, ‘Rogers’ in Western Canada and ‘Lantic’ in Eastern Canada (the Manitoba/Ontario border is the demarcation between east and west). They said I should look for ‘Old Fashioned Brown’ in any of the METRO chain of grocery stores and that if my local one doesn’t stock Old Fashioned Brown, to ask the manager to start stocking it. They also said that their full line of products is also stocked at the Highland Farms locations throughout the GTA.

You might try Highland Farms as I have seen Rogers Sugars there.

When I was looking for Rogers Syrup (same company) I contacted Lantic directly. I was able to buy some from their factory. I had to commit to a full case of 4 big bottles, but my entire family loves it, so I gave it out at Christmas.

Since you kow the exact brand you want, why don`t you just contact the manufacturer to find out which retailers carry it in the Toronto area?
