Catering: Chinese (or Asian), but not 'traditional'?
Does anyone have catering recommendations for 'modern' Asian food? The event is smaller, ~35-40 people.
From the posts here and elsewhere that I've seen, Le's Kitchen would be ideal, but unfortunately they're unavailable (we're trying to get everything together with less than two months left!). I've just yesterday started to contact caterers, so it seems a challenge to catch one who's available on a Saturday evening, but I really hope we don't have to settle w.r.t. the food!
