Sourdough help, quick!!
oops! Put ALL of my sourdough sponge in the dough, and didn't reserve any for my starter.
Can I somehow save some of the dough and turn that back into a starter? Boo. Its a good starter too!

Sure can! I would tear off a chunk and let sit @ roomtemp for an hour or so, then drop it into a container and place in the fridge. Depending on how much yeast was used in the receipe, you may have to feed it in a coulpe days with flour and water to keep them going, but after you start to see some bubbling going on, you should be back on track!
