One Night in Paris - 6th - Dark & Good Food

Hello All

I will be in Paris for one night this upcoming july on my way to Uzes. My boyfriend and I are staying in the 6th and I am looking for a fun classic bistro dining experience close by. Price isn't really an issue, just non touristy, good atmosphere and great food. Any suggestions?
