Cocktail Culture in Portsmouth?

We're moving back East from the SF bay area and wondering if Portsmouth,NH has any good cocktail bars/restaurants.

I know its a beer town, but any chance of finding a decent cocktail?

As someone in the business of making cocktails, I am trying to find out where I should be dropping off my resume- or at least, stopping in to imbibe.

We had some respectable Cocktails at Jumpin' Jay's Fish Cafe a couple of years ago. The bartender was doing a bunch of infusions and the like, and seemed interested in learning more.
It may have progressed, but as I said it was a couple of years ago now.

I'm a beer and wine guy, but I did notice that when I was in Brazo a few weeks ago, every single person sitting at the bar (besides me) was sipping fancy looking cocktails.
