Chef Philip Wang Opens French Blue in St Helena

Today Tastingtable reported that French Blue has opened in St Helena with Chef Philip Wang at the helm. That's all well and good, but the factoid that he had been cooking at Fog City Diner made me mourn the lost opportunity. I'd been tracking him for some years and lost sight of him once he left Sacramento for Hawaii. Here he was under our noses!
