Best seltzer water ?

I grew up in NYC many many years ago and remember as a kid loving chocolate egg creams made with seltzer water from the dispenser at the soda shop. what is the best option for obtaining good seltzer water to take home in the east bay so I can relive that part of childhood.

technically not a seltzer as it has added bicarbonate of sodium, Fever Tree Soda Water is particularly good, their whole line of premium drink mixers is stellar. Easy to find at better liquor stores, Whole Food, etc.

Even better, hook yourself up with endless seltzer at home with a Soda Stream machine. You can easily control the amount of carbonation in the seltzer and can exchange empty proprietary Co2 cartridges at stores around the East Bay--Sears, Ace Hardware, etc, we go to Someone's in the Kitchen in Montclair Village. After initial investment for the machine (around $100, comes with storage bottles and a Co2 cartridge), the seltzer is about .20/liter, super cheap and no more bottles to recycle. We love ours.
