Looking for cocktails and apps in theater district before saturday matinee

Hmmm, tough. The Lambs Club bar doesn't seem to be open (2pm implies their web site), and Lantern's Keep not until 5pm.

How about Bar Room at the Modern (opens at 11:30am) or Toloache (also opens at 11:30am but serves the brunch menu on weekends).

The bar at Ma Peche might work, too, but I'd confirm what time it opens on Saturdays.

Thanks kathryn. I was considering Toloache if my friends feel like mexican. I think the Modern is a little too fancy.

+1 Toloache. The cucumber /jalapeno margaritas are terrific and the guac and fish tacos are quite good.
