Muskegon MI--any good fish places?

Hey guys...we are heading to Muskegon this Sunday with the Hot Rod Power Tour (look for us in a red Nova!) and camping at Wolf Lake overnight.

Hubby is looking for a perch dinner...any finds in that area or just something decent and more or less casual? (driving all day--starting in Warren, vinyl seats, no AC--plus we're camping so definitely CASUAL!)

TIA

    Thanks, guys!

We ended up at the BLT and it was perfect, charlesbois. We couldn't face another longish drive after all day in the car. We both got perch and Oberons, sat outside and watched cars go by.

The perch was great as was the coleslaw...since we had more than enough food already, we couldn't fit in the onion rings, but we watched other people get them and they looked amazing.

Try the Dee-Lite in downtown Grand Haven, 15 miles away. Fun diner/bar, very appropriate to your event, good basic food. They do have perch dinners, but I have never actually tried that dish there.

I know they have fried smelt and fried perch at the Bear Lake Tavern, or BLT as it's called. I've only eaten there a couple times and that was a few years ago, but it's an institution and definitely is casual.
