"Has anyone heard of [insert name/description] copper cookware?

A lot of important information on brands of copper cookware gets lost in thread drift here in CH.

But many brands, including antique ones, come up in auctions, eBay, Craigslist all the time, and I, for one, often would like to draw on the hive knowledge of CH for info on quality and bargain, if any, on asking price. Cookware by Falk, Matfer Bourgeat, and Mauviel is discussed up with the wazoo in easily identified and searchable threads and can be safely exempt.

I remember there is an aficionado site out there with maker's marks.

Finally, and perhaps needless to say, no poaching. The inquiring poster here has dibs (he is encouraged to post cites so we can know the specifics better).

How does this sit with people?

Best,
Rob
