Lunch in Randolph Vermont?

madewh May 29, 2012 07:44 AM

Anyone know if there's a good place to eat lunch in or around Randolph, Vermont? Several friends from around the state want to converge on its geographical center and eat together. We seek good and interesting food; bar not absolutely necessary.

There is (or was) a little cafe in Randolph. Can't remember the name. Depending on when you're going, this place opening in June in South Royalton sounds like it could be really cool.

Patrick's on Main St. across from the railroad station in Randolph is good. You'll have to google it to find out its hours. The Depot in the railroad station is good sandwich fare at reasonable prices and good selection.

Thank you. Patrick's is where we ended up, and it was quite decent. I had a good crab cake sandwich with lemon preserves and tartar sauce, and an excellent coffee milkshake; all told, it cost about $14. Others in the party were happy with their choices, too.
