need recommendation for dinner group meeting location

I am planning a dinner group meeting and need recommendations. My needs are:
-Tuesday evening dinner meeting for 10 people, planned for mid-June
-private room for 2 hours
-budget ~ $300 (including meal, room and gratuity)
-location ~ west of Willamette river (preferably near Max or public transportation)
-small and intimate, unique and interesting
-casual and relaxed
-quiet

At the price point you are quoting, I'd direct you to Hubers or Jakes. I've had work xmas luncheons there for about $25 per head. The food is nothing to write home about but they are portland institutions.

I also have no idea on pricing, but Andina has a small room downstairs that is probably just the right size for 10 people.

I have no idea about pricing but my first thought is Wildwood.

I'd be surprised (and impressed) if Wildwood could meet the $300 limit. But who knows ... it might be worth a try and it certainly meets all the other criteria.

Yeah, I don't know either - I think they might have a $50pp min....but on a Tuesday night with nothing else going on, perhaps they might want to accomodate tornado5?

I'd also try calling the hotels with restaurants like Modera (Nel Centro is the restaurant provides their catering) that have small and intimate meeting rooms.
