Coming to the Bay Area from June 20th to June 26th.

First Day:
Lunch-Swan Oyster Depot
Dinner-Restaurant Gary Danko

Second Day:
Lunch-Anchor & Hope
Dinner-Benu Restaurant

Third Day:
Conference in Burlingame
Dinner-231 Ellsworth-San Mateo

Fourth Day-Conference in Burlingame
Dinner-Need Chowhound recommendations in the Burlingame, San Mateo, Hillsboro, Redwood City, San Carlos, Hillsboro area.

Fifth Day:

Sixth Day:
Brunch-Yank Sing
Dinner-La Folie

Seventh Day:
Brunch Hog Island Oyster Company

  1. The one thing I see missing, that you may want to consider, is San Francisco is in the midst of an awesome Italian restaurant scene (including but not limited to):

    Flour + Water
    La Ciccia

    As both Gary Danko + La Folie are French inspired, I would sub one of those out for the above.

      1. If you are having Swan's oysters at the beginning of your trip - and Anchor & Hope with great seafood along the way - I don't think you need to hit up Hog Island for brunch unless you REALLY really want redundant oysters and not much else.

        I'd consider other brunch/lunch places like Canteen or Dottie's True Blue Cafe. If it is one last, solid lunch you are looking for, there are more substantial meals that I think would be more memorable than Hog Island...
