If you are having Swan's oysters at the beginning of your trip - and Anchor & Hope with great seafood along the way - I don't think you need to hit up Hog Island for brunch unless you REALLY really want redundant oysters and not much else.
I'd consider other brunch/lunch places like Canteen or Dottie's True Blue Cafe. If it is one last, solid lunch you are looking for, there are more substantial meals that I think would be more memorable than Hog Island...

The one thing I see missing, that you may want to consider, is San Francisco is in the midst of an awesome Italian restaurant scene (including but not limited to):
Cotogna
Flour + Water
Perbacco/Barbacco
La CicciaAs both Gary Danko + La Folie are French inspired, I would sub one of those out for the above.
