looking for this frying pan, can you help??

the other day i was watching one of gordon ramsays tutorial videos (as i call them) on you tube for individual pear tarte tatin

i really liked the pan that he was using and would like to get a couple of them.....to be able to go from the stove top and flambe to a hot oven would be a real time saver....

someone had suggested this might be it--

i am trying to track these down here in the US but so far no luck....

    I'm guessing page 38 of this de Buyer catalog:

    because of the riveted handle. Similar to the one you linked above.

      Great link. It looks more like the "CHOC" pans on page 40 and 41 because of the white rim, dark interior.

        The "Choc" is what I meant, but you are probably right — one of those on the following pages.
