Fried Chicken Livers
Does anyone know of a place to get really good fried chicken livers? Yes the Colannade works
but I really don't want a full meal. Just some good fried livers. I do love Colannade livers on their
yeast rolls with hot sauce, maybe a little mayo on as well.

Floataway Cafe used to serve really good chicken livers (on a skewer of a rosemary sprig), but I don't know if they still serve them.
