Meat upgrades at Farmer's Market (Third and Fairfax)

Marconda's is now selling various cuts of Niman Ranch pork and Huntington recently introduced beef that is 100% grass fed. I noticed that the ground beef was $7/pound which is pretty reasonable. Haven't tried either yet but it deserved a mention.

I saw some #10 Wagyu or Kobe, not sure which at Huntington Meats. They also make all their sausages with no nitrates or nitrites. Huntington's Andouille and Cajun is some serious stuff as is their spicy lamb, heck all their sausages are great!
