Homemade/DIY Cherry Pitter

Okay, so I JUST had to share this with folks out there. I know there's a lot of people who needs this and I just wanted to share with you guys

check it out! a cherry pitter made from cheap forks. Seems easy & very effective.

    I use a large bobby pin and it does about the same thing.

      Just remember to heat the fork a bit on the stove (and use a towel) before you shape it. My first one snapped right away when i was trying to bend it(whoops) Haha. Glad this is useful!

      ALSO. What i found useful is to try to pull the pit from the top side and perpendicular to the longer side.

                I must have a twisted mind. The moment I saw the "new" fork... I was like.... Hmm... middle finger...

                While you're at the Goodwill you might also keep your eye out for a cherry pitter---that's where I found mine for 95 cents.
