Copper River Salmon sightings yet?

Has anyone seen Copper River Salmon for sale yet? The only one I've seen is Isaacson & Stein, which is always our first choice for any seafood, but it's not always convenient.

We did end up taking the trip into Isaacson & Stein & picked a few lbs. up last weekend @ $16.95. It was delicious... although we did come across some bones, which is highly unusual for any fish from Isaacson & Stein. Even though it's on sale through today @ I & S, my husband is at Costco now picking some up.

Regarding the soft-shell crabs, I've always been tempted to pick some up... though we've never cooked them. Any suggestions? Grill?

I just bought some Copper River Sockeye from the Whole Foods in the South Loop (Roosevelt and Canal). It's on sale for Memorial Day Weekend for $18.99/lb. Regular price was listed as $29.99/lb. Haven't tried it yet because I just walked in the door with it, but it looks great.

Saw some today at WF on Kingsbury. It looked beautiful, but I went with soft shell crabs instead.
