Large Summer Company Event

I am looking to throw a party for our sales team. Here are the basic "guidelines" I am following:

This will be on a Tuesday in July
150 guests
~$250/head (this should include tax, gratuity, etc.)
dinner plus after dinner drinks
open to different formats (activities, music venues, cruises, open air bbq, large format food, or just plain amazing treats)

The other caveat is that I live in NYC and will fly out some time in June to look at all the potential locations. Right now, my ideas are chartering a boat, or renting out a club or restaurant.

Studio Paris
Anita Dee boat Charter
Union Sushi
Trolly to a beer garden

Any help would be much appreciated and please let me know if I have left out any critical details!

Studio Paris is part of the Lettuce Entertain You Group.

You should contact their events team directly, to find out the other options they have.

Thanks delk! I will definitely make sure to check in with them, I was more wondering if that is even a fun, cool, "worth it" locale....

How about renting a rooftop for a Cubs game?

Calphalon might be something to try, plus you can walk a block and see Oprah's old studio.
