Foods that pass the "Pizza and Ice Cream Test"

My friends and I have recently started a short list of those ingredients that are so delicious that they make both pizza and ice cream taste better. Here it is thus far:

-Peanut butter (Peanut butter chocolate swirl ice cream; Thai chicken pizza)
-Creme fraiche (Add a dollop to any home-made ice cream to make it richer and creamier; creme fraiche, caramelized onion, and roasted mushroom pizza)
-Balsamic Vinegar (raspberry and reduced balsamic ice cream; lightly drizzle balsamic or balsamic reduction over margherita pizza)

That's all we have so far. Any other suggestions? If you do have any, recipes are strongly encouraged.

honey -- honey bbq chicken pizza and honey vanilla ice cream

black pepper -- on pizza however and balsamic strawberries with black pepper over vanilla (or another) ice cream

sour cream -- with avocado, roasted corn, beans, etc on pizza and in ice cream

pistachios -- interesting ground into sauce and in or on ice cream

      cranberries

      raisins

      cinnamon

licorice (if you like licorice flavor)

(all of these are in the "still edible" category)

Rosemary was a downright inspired suggestion.
I could see corn working too- popcorn, maybe.

smoked salt / bacon flavor salt
        smoked paprika

        Maggi Seasoning
        apple
        hazelnut flavored oil

        Sriracha
        Frank's Chili Lime
Lao Gan Ma- perhaps a bit iffy on ice cream; haven't tried it but can imagine it working...

          Did anyone mention corn?
(Another one for the "still edible," as opposed to "better than," list.)

              You mean "Mascarpone" right? :-)

I meant manchego! Thanks for catching the spelling error!
                ;-)

Just kiddin'. Yup, didn't need that extra r this morn.

In the meantime...just thought of pink peppercorn to add to the list.

If you add lemon, you should probably also add other citrus fruits -- orange, lime, grapefruit, yuzu, etc.

                Garlic

                Bacon

                Sea salt

                Basil

                Mint

                Nuts

                Tomatoes

                Olive oil

Cheese (i.e. blue cheese, Gorgonzola, etc.)

                Fig

                Rosemary

... and probably a whole host of others I'm forgetting right now.

I can see everything but the tomatoes. How would you incorporate them into an ice cream?

I say no to almost everything on that list.
There's a difference between "and is still edible" & "makes both taste BETTER."

In fact, the only other ingredient I've seen posted so far that would work would be cashews. Maybe.

Adding to the "and is still edible" list, consider bananas and, separately, cucumbers.

                      They do make them better.

You think otherwise simply b/c you've yet to have a good iteration of ice cream and/or pizza with garlic, bacon, sea salt, etc.

Ricotta cheese. Only works on vanilla ice cream, though.

I suppose this is cliche but: bacon? As in delicious maple bacon ice cream. (Self-explanatory on pizza.)

Maybe cashews, too (cashews & fudge on vanilla or bbq chicken/cashew pizza).

While I would not put it on my pizza, you could probably add pineapple to your list.
