Wolfe Range Customer Service?

I have a 48 inch duel fuel range with two ovens. I bought different grates so you could easily move pans around the burners.
Anyway my story. The small rubber feet have become brittle and no longer stay in their holes on the grates. When we clean the burners and take the grates off, they fall out and are a bit of a pain to find, then get back into the proper location. I called customer service. "Sure, we just developed a replacement and if you go to your distributor you can buy these new replacement." Yeah, they developed a replacement because the original ones don't last very long.

I'm absolutely flabbergasted that they would have the shortsightedness to not only charge me for these (how many thousands did I pay for the range?) but that they'd also make me call a distributor and go through a transaction.

Wolfe, just send me the replacement. The twenty-five cents is really worth it from a customer service standpoint.

In comparison, I had a dimmer switch go out and the company replaced it ($30) free, seven years after installation.
