Need restaurant recommendations in Castellfedels Friday in July

We are flying into Barcelona from the US early friday morning, one day before our cruise and are going straight to Castedellfels for a day of just chilling at the beach. So, Lunch and Dinner and a gelato break should do it! We are staying at the Best Western and I want to stroll to the promenade area and eat outside on the beach for dinner. My husband loves Paella and the kids (16 & 10) love fried calamarie and fish. Just some solid good food would be a great way to start our vacation. (FYI, after the cruise we are spending three days in Barcelona, which is why I picked this spot)...Any insider tips? Not much on the boards about Castelldefels!
