What to do with leftover breaded, pan-fried chicken breast?

Is a green salad with the chicken chopped and added to it my only option for taking care of cleaning out the fridge and coming up with dinner tonight? My husband doesn't love main dish salads and I also would like to feed my preschooler with it. Any strokes of brilliance out there? --Thanks!

Reporting back. Went with the pasta idea and warmed and sliced the chicken, sauteed a bit of garlic and a red and yellow tomato, added the kale and beet greens I had originally cooked with the chicken, and served over whole wheat spaghetti with parmesan. All of the aforementioned ate and seemed to enjoy it, and the 10-month-old even had it for dinner, too!
