Help Me Find A Hot Grilled Chicken Salad

I am having the hardest time finding a staple of my eating out for years.
Hot grilled chicken salad – chicken breast, green peppers, mushrooms, and onions, on a med of mixed greens and fries topped with diced tomatoes and cheddar.

That is off the menu of a restaurant in my home town of Pittsburgh. Yes, people in the 'burg put fries on everything. It's not really the fries I want, it's the grilled or sautéed mushrooms, peppers, and onions with the grilled chicken.
Does this sound like a salad anywhere in NYC? Any help in finding a restaurant that has something like this on the menu would be greatly appreciated!
