Don't leave NYC without eating...

Looking for specific dishes that you would miss eating if you had to leave NYC. It does not matter if it is store bought or a specific dish in a restaurant and could be street food or very expensive. Name as many as you like. Normally I have specific cravings I look to fill when I come here but this time I am looking for some fresh inspiration.
