Searching for Cuban recipe for Arroz con Picadillo

Hello Chouhounders,
My step-son is of Cuban descent and needs to bring a Cuban dish to school tomorrow. He wants to make Arroz con Picadillo. Unfortunately his grandmother does not speak enough English to be able to tell me how to make it as she, of course, does not use a recipe. I've been searching the internet but not finding much.

Can anyone out there help me?

Thanks Servorg for finding the You Tube videos. I did a You Tube search before posting to Chowhound and it kept taking me to some musicians video. I'll take a look at the link you posted. I'm sure with that and the Three Guys recipe my step-son and I will come up with something good.
